The
building from La Ferme de La Huppe dates at least
partly from 1776 as indicated above the entrance of
the old kitchen.
As a typical Provencal farm house, all the buildings
are around an interior court yard and date from different
periods.
According to the architect, some parts might well
date back from before 1776.
We bought the farm in 1996 and we restored it for
more than a year and preserving the maximum of windows,
doors etc., and, by using materials recuperated from
other old buildings from the area but adding all the
modern comforts.
La Ferme de La Huppe is situated in a small hamlet
in the countryside a few minutes from the Gordes village
in a quiet surrondings.
